Cancellations & Returns
Once purchased, MAA SHARDA ELECTRONICS SYSTEM(UNIFAN) does not accept the return of the product. If you have
received a damaged or defective product,
please inform us at support@unifan.in within 07 days of delivery of a
product.
SHIPPING POLICY
- We offer FREE SHIPPING all over India. TAX & Octroi charges, wherever applicable, should be borne by the
customer.
- It is our endeavour to ship all items in your Order together; however, this may not always be possible
due to product characteristics, or availability.
- There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for delivery in certain pin codes as a product cannot be
shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online, and a message
will be displayed requesting you to provide an alternate pin code.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to
different addresses, you need to place different orders for different shipping addresses.

Processing Time :
All orders are delivered within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered
on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments
may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If
there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via
email or phone.
Shipping Time Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the
date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors
beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen
circumstances.
Return and Refund policy
Return:
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved
within 2 days.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more

WARRANTY SCOPE
1. For availing free home/onsite service, the product must be within the warranty period.
2. For Serialized Product, within Sticker/ Printed Manufacture Month - Start date will be considered for
from End User Sale Invoice Date, till the warranty period mentioned.
3. For Serialized Product, without Sticker/Printed Manufacture Month - Start date will be considered from
End User Sale Invoice date, till the warranty period mentioned in above table.
4. For any query or complaint about the Product, the customer needs to register a complaint only to the
Company's centralized call Centre number provided below.
5. End User Sale Invoice should have a below things clearly mentioned on invoice: -
- Valid GST Number
- Complete address and contact number of the shop or platform from where the product was purchased.
- Date of purchase, Model & Serial number of the Product.
6. The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase of the SKU(s) by the first end-user.
The invoice may consist of different SKU(s) having different warranty periods.
7. The Company will not entertain any complaint with incomplete warranty details & service charge(s) as per
company policy may apply.
